Matthew provides fun and interesting piano lessons for all ages and abilities from complete beginners to advanced piano. Most of Matthew’s younger pupils will go through the ABRSM graded piano syllabus. Matthew’s pupils enjoy preparing pieces and succeeding at their piano exams.
How much does Matthew charge per lesson?
Matthew likes to keep the fee down as much as possible to enable pupils from all backgrounds the opportunity to take piano lessons. He charges £13.50 per half hourlesson – some of his pupils, particularly the adult learners like to take an hour lesson at the fee of £25 per lesson.

Where does Matthew teach?
Matthew teaches piano from his home in Cyncoed, Cardiff. Pupils often travel to Matthew from the Heath, Pontprennau, Llanishen, Thonnhill and Lisvane for piano lessons. Matthew set up Piano Tuition Cardiff in 2009 and it is now one of the most successful piano teaching studios in Cardiff. The thing that shines through is Matthew’s passion for music- he enjoys his job as he is inspiring musicians to develop their skills and love for music. Matthew teaches adults who have retired and are looking for a new hobby, who don’t want the stress of doing exams. Some of Matthew’s learners have had great fun learning the piano songs they’ve always wanted to learn.
